Job Summary
Delivers daily sales goals by engaging with patients and recommending products that meet their eye care needs. Measures customers for eyewear, maintains product knowledge through continuous training, and executes operational activities including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment. Ensures the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey while supporting the store's financial and customer experience objectives. As a face of the business, provides friendly service via phone and in-store interactions to help customers look great and see great.
Required Qualifications
- HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience
