Retail Sales Associate (Part-Time)

Greet and engage with every guest, providing product knowledge and utilizing suggestive selling to drive sales. Process transactions accurately at the POS terminal, inspect merchandise before bagging, and handle refunds or exchanges per company policy. Maintain sales floor and backroom standards by sweeping, wiping counters, organizing storage areas, and conducting inventory counts. Resolve guest issues within your scope of authority and follow LP policies to deter theft. Alert the Coordinator of store issues, disposition short-dated items, and prepare merchandise for mail-out. Answer phones by the third ring and work all shifts including mornings, swings, weekends, and holidays.
