Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately processing sales, returns, and change. Support store needs through cross-training in multiple areas, merchandising procedures, and store recovery initiatives. Participate in safety awareness, shrink reduction goals, and safety maintenance. Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures. Work a flexible schedule to support business needs. Starting pay is $15.00 to $15.50 per hour.
