Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate/Wllness Advisor role at Sunnyside Cresco Labs dispensaries. Responsibilities include greeting customers, listening to needs, educating on cannabis products, advising on proper product selections for recreational and medicinal use, applying selling techniques, verifying IDs, ensuring accurate order dispensing, cash handling in POS, maintaining records per state regulations, performing inventory counts, organizing stock and displays, and keeping the store compliant, safe, and clean. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ year of customer-service experience (retail/hospitality preferred), flexibility to work opening/closing shifts including weekends/holidays, strong customer service and communication skills, ability to learn product/technical information, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds (100 with assistance). Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service; retail or hospitality experience preferred
- Flexibility to work shifts that may include opening, closing, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage with customers
- Demonstrated ability to learn and apply technical and product-related information in a professional consultative manner
- Must be able to lift, carry and balance up to 50 pounds (100 pounds with assistance)
