Job Summary
Wellness Advisor at Sunnyside dispensaries, Cresco Labs, consulting with customers on cannabis products to meet their needs while ensuring compliance with state regulations. Responsibilities include greeting customers, conducting consultations, assisting with product selection, applying selling techniques, verifying IDs and order accuracy, handling cash in POS, maintaining records of dispensary activities, performing inventory counts, organizing product displays, ensuring store cleanliness and safety, and escalating issues to management. Requires at least a high school diploma and 1 year of customer service experience; flexibility to work weekends/holidays; ability to lift up to 50 pounds; and adherence to industry regulations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service
- Flexibility to work shifts that may include opening, closing, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage with customers
- Demonstrated ability to learn and apply technical and product-related information in a professional consultative manner
- Must be able to lift, carry and balance up to 50 pounds (100 pounds with assistance)
