Job Summary
Greet customers and provide best-in-class service while advising on cannabis products for recreational and medical use. Build relationships through attentive listening, educate customers on product differences and impacts, apply effective selling and cross-selling techniques, verify proper documentation and IDs, ensure accurate order dispensing, handle cash via POS, maintain records and inventories, label and package orders, keep the store organized and compliant with state regulations, and escalate issues to management. This role requires flexibility to work opening/closing shifts, weekends, and holidays, with part-time schedules around peak hours. Must be 21+, lift up to 50 pounds, and comply with industry regulations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service; retail or hospitality experience preferred
