Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients, building relationships, and making product recommendations while meeting minimum sales requirements. Multi-task by cleaning beds as clients leave and welcoming new arrivals, while maintaining cleanliness of tanning rooms, lobby, restrooms, laundry, and storage areas. Perform physical duties including standing for long periods, bending to clean equipment, lifting items, and executing salon cleaning functions like dusting, sweeping, and mopping. Work cohesively with a team in an upbeat environment while upholding company policies. Basic computer skills required.
Required Qualifications
- Basic Computer skills and knowledge
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Ability to bend at the waist to clean tanning equipment
- Ability to lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes
- Ability to bend down to pick up trash, towels, etc. from the floors
- Ability to perform salon cleaning functions including dusting, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, etc
- Ability to work independently and alone during shifts as business needs require
- Ability to provide proof of identity and legal work authorization
