Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate responsible for meeting sales goals, consulting with customers in a professional, upbeat manner, educating customers on tanning products and safe practices, and guiding first-time users. Maintain a clean and organized salon, perform opening/closing duties, daily administrative tasks, and goal tracking. Requires the ability to stand for long periods (7 hours), lift up to 25 pounds, and reliable transportation with flexible availability including nights and weekends. Compensation includes a starting pay of $16.90/hour with guaranteed commission on product, package, upgrade, and membership sales, plus monthly bonuses and employee discounts. Training on sales and customer service is provided. Position is part-time with a team-oriented environment and opportunities for growth.
