Job Summary
Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, consulting with customers in a professional, upbeat manner, educating customers on safe tanning practices and retail items, maintaining a clean salon, opening/closing duties, daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking, walking customers to rooms and teaching first-time users how to operate tanning equipment, and attending off-site sales trainings. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 18+ years old, ability to stand/walk/bend for long periods, ability to lift 25 pounds, reliable transportation, and flexible availability including nights and weekends.
