Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate position (Part Time) at West Coast Tanning, Inc. involves meeting sales goals on a daily/weekly/monthly basis, consulting with customers in a professional, upbeat manner, educating customers on safe tanning practices and retail items, maintaining a clean/salon, opening/closing duties, daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking, guiding customers to rooms and teaching them how to use tanning equipment, and participating in off-site sales trainings. Includes guaranteed commission on product, package, upgrade, and membership sales, store bonus opportunities, entry-level customer service and sales training, and an energetic, team-oriented work environment.
Required Qualifications
