Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate (Part Time) at West Coast Tanning, responsible for meeting sales goals, consulting with customers in a friendly professional manner, educating customers on safe tanning practices and retail items, maintaining a clean salon, performing opening/closing duties, completing daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking, and guiding first-time users on tanning equipment while also participating in off-site trainings. Strong emphasis on achieving sales through product knowledge, customer service, and a fun, team-oriented atmosphere. Includes guaranteed commission/bonus opportunities and employee discounts.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time (7 hours per day)
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including nights and weekends
