Job Summary
Sell tanning services and products to meet daily/weekly/monthly sales goals by consulting with customers in a professional, upbeat manner. Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items; maintain a clean and organized salon; perform opening/closing duties and handle daily administrative paperwork. Participate in off-site trainings, walk customers to rooms, and demonstrate how to use tanning equipment for first-time users. Training on goals, sales techniques, and contests to drive performance in a vibrant, team-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
