Job Summary
Create a welcoming store atmosphere by serving as a brand ambassador and leading by example in a fast-paced retail environment. Demonstrate core values of surprising and delighting customers while taking pride in product knowledge and protecting what you love. Utilize time between clients to enhance store presentation through merchandising, maintaining standards, and restocking high and low areas. Handle merchandise safely, lifting up to 30 pounds, and execute floor sets while following all safety policies to keep the workspace clean and orderly. Work alongside the Store Manager and Lead Retail Guide to deliver world-class customer service through empathy and critical thinking.
