Job Summary
Create a welcoming store atmosphere by serving as a brand ambassador and leading by example in a fast-paced retail environment. Demonstrate core values of surprising and delighting customers while developing deep product knowledge to suggest authentic solutions. Utilize time between clients to enhance store presentation through merchandising, restocking, and maintaining safety standards. Reach, move, and handle merchandise up to 30 pounds to execute floor sets and keep the workspace clean and orderly. Work alongside the Store Manager and Lead Retail Guide to deliver world-class customer service through empathy and critical thinking.
