Job Summary
Greet and engage customers by creating memorable experiences, listening to their needs, and recommending personalized coffee and machine solutions. Offer complimentary tastings to build the customer base while maintaining an elegant boutique environment through daily operations, shipments, and display stocking. Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive workplace and uphold brand values in sustainability and recycling. Participate in a structured training period to develop coffee expertise and product knowledge. Work flexible open and closing shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced retail setting.
Required Qualifications

- You are punctual and available to work open and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.
