Job Summary
As a Murdoch's Team Member, you will help customers by sharing knowledge on hardware and fencing, animal feed and health products, and toys and tack, delivering a convenient and authentic shopping experience. You will display down-to-earth products, aim to earn customers’ smiles from entry to exit, and work as part of a team to uphold Murdoch's MVPs. The role involves standing for long periods, repetitive wrist movements, and physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs, with a strong emphasis on customer service and teamwork.
