Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate at Curaleaf opening a new location in Riverview, FL. Part-time role (15-25 hours; weekends strongly preferred) with hourly pay of $15.00. You’ll be the face of the brand, delivering top-tier service, helping guests explore cannabis products, upsell where appropriate, handle transactions at the register, restock and support inventory, and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive store environment. Responsibilities include greeting customers, offering personalized product advice, enabling rewards sign-ups, checking IDs, maintaining store standards, processing transactions accurately, and staying informed on promotions and product updates in a fast-paced, compliance-driven retail setting. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, at least 6 months of customer-facing or sales experience, POS/cash handling experience, strong communication skills, teamwork, and flexibility to work varied shifts. Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer-facing or sales role
- At least 6 months of experience using point-of-sale (POS) systems and handling cash transactions accurately
- Ability to thrive independently and in a team in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnights
