Job Summary
Greet guests warmly, deliver personalized product advice, and resolve concerns to ensure exceptional customer experiences. Process transactions accurately, check IDs, and handle cash while maintaining store cleanliness and inventory levels. Meet daily sales goals through upselling and highlight promotions at checkout to boost revenue. Support team operations by assisting with opening/closing procedures, fulfilling online orders, and adapting to a fast-paced retail environment. Work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays in a compliance-driven setting.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer-facing or sales role
- A minimum of 6 months of experience using point-of-sale (POS) systems and handling cash transactions accurately
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnights
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Comfort with technology and a willingness to learn new tools
- Solid time management and organizational skills
- Effective de-escalation techniques and a calm, solution-oriented approach to handling customer concerns
- Basic proficiency in math and computer applications
- A positive, proactive mindset when resolving customer issues
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Initiative and a team-first attitude
- A natural ability to build rapport and maintain lasting customer relationships
- A collaborative spirit and a commitment to working well within a team environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time

- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly
- Ability to climb, balance, and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
