Job Summary
Greet guests warmly, offer personalized product advice, and resolve concerns to build trust and drive sales. Handle cash transactions, check IDs, and process purchases while maintaining store cleanliness and inventory levels. Meet daily sales goals by upselling complementary items and encouraging loyalty sign-ups. Support team operations through opening/closing duties, restocking, and order fulfillment. Work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer-facing or sales role
- A minimum of 6 months of experience using point-of-sale (POS) systems and handling cash transactions accurately
- The ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnights
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Solid time management and organizational skills
- Effective de-escalation techniques and a calm, solution-oriented approach to handling customer concerns
- Basic proficiency in math and computer applications
- A positive, proactive mindset when resolving customer issues
- Strong conflict resolution skills

- The ability to stand for extended periods of time
