Job Summary
Greet customers, listen to their needs, and consult on proper cannabis product selection while verifying ID and documentation. Assist with order fulfillment, label packages, and perform accurate cash handling in the Point of Sale system. Maintain inventory counts, organize sales floor merchandise, and ensure store compliance with state regulations and safety SOPs. This part-time role requires 15-25 hours weekly across opening, closing, weekend, and holiday shifts. You must be 21 or older, legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service; retail or hospitality experience preferred
- Flexibility to work shifts that may include opening, closing, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage with customers
- Demonstrated ability to learn and apply technical and product-related information in a professional consultative manner
- Must be able to lift, carry and balance up to 50 pounds (100 pounds with assistance)
- Must be 21 years of age or older to apply
- Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry
