Job Summary
Achieve or exceed personal sales targets and productivity standards while building a positive store environment through effective communication and collaboration with management. Attend store meetings and product knowledge sessions to drive Net Promoter Score and key metrics like conversion and average unit retail. Develop and maintain personal customer relationship management through clienteling and after-sale engagement, ensuring all point-of-sale transactions comply with company standards. Uphold visual merchandise directives, support physical store maintenance, and handle all store operating procedures to minimize shrinkage.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Proven record of successful sales performance
- Previous experience working with affluent and luxury brands in high traffic locations
- Strong time management and multi tasking skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and team orientated environment
- Good understanding of CRM tools/processes
- Excellent communication and social skills
- Basic skills in Microsoft Office, specifically, Word and Excel
