Retail Sales Associate Part Time

Retail Sales Associate at BJ’s Wholesale Club (Part Time). Responsible for executing acquisition and retention of BJ’s membership, renewing/upgrading memberships, and cross-selling BJ’s Loyalty Programs. Handles merchandise returns, exchanges, pick-ups, and provides general customer service inquiries. Delivers service excellence to Members, works to meet membership sales goals, and supports adherence to club policies and procedures. Key duties include promoting membership options and credit card products, assisting with Buy Online and Pick Up In Club orders, and maintaining a safe, positive member experience while upholding GOLD standards and the GAA framework.
