Job Summary
Execute BJ's Loyalty Program acquisitions, renewals, upgrades, and cross-sells while managing merchandise returns, exchanges, and pick-ups. Serve as the first point of contact for member inquiries, resolving concerns and escalating issues as needed. Maintain club standards by ensuring accurate signage, clean environments, and full execution of promotional plans. Support BOPIC orders and monitor tax-exempt/resale membership policies. Deliver superior service with a positive attitude while adhering to all club policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Regular, predictable, full attendance
- Basic math skills
- Computer proficiency

- Prior front line/customer service or previous sales experience
- Results driven with proven success in goal achievement
- Environmental Job Conditions: Most of the time is spent frequently remaining in a stationary position on hard surfaces
- Environmental Job Conditions: There may be a need to occasionally position oneself to examine or scan merchandise, including bending, handling, pulling, reaching, and/or stooping
- Environmental Job Conditions: Occasionally requires lifting objects up to 30 pounds
- Environmental Job Conditions: May require lifting and moving heavy and/or awkward objects more than 30 pounds with assistance
- Environmental Job Conditions: Located in a comfortable indoor area with infrequent exposure to temperature extremes and loud noises
