Job Summary
Responsible for promoting BJ’s membership and acquiring new members, by actively and effectively pitching membership programs in accordance with company policies. Manages member interactions including answering questions, processing tax-exempt/resale statuses, handling merchandise returns/exchanges/pickups, and delivering superior customer service. Drives toward membership growth and uses upsell opportunities while adhering to GOLD Member Standards and club policies. Maintains a positive member experience, supports BOPIC orders, and collaborates with team to meet goals, with emphasis on fast, friendly service and accurate information.
Required Qualifications
- Prior front line/customer service or previous sales experience preferred.
- Basic math skills preferred.
- Computer proficiency preferred.
