Retail Sales Associate Part Time

Promotes BJ’s membership value and drives acquisition, retention, and upsell by effectively pitching membership programs and handling related inquiries. Responsible for membership applications, renewals, and upgrades, as well as handling merchandise returns, exchanges, and customer service inquiries. Delivers superior member service, follows club policies and procedures, and maintains a safe, positive environment. Executes the GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate) and supports in-club operations such as signage, promotions, and product lookup. Demonstrates understanding of membership options and practice, processes tax-exempt/resale policies, and assists with Buy Online and Pick Up In Club (BOPIC) orders. Regular attendance and teamwork are essential. Prior front-line/customer service or sales experience is preferred; basic math and computer proficiency are also desirable.
