Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate at BJ’s Wholesale Club (Part Time). Responsibilities include executing acquisition, renewing, upgrading, and cross-selling BJ’s Loyalty Programs; handling merchandise returns, exchanges, pick-ups, and general customer service inquiries; delivering excellent member service and supporting club policies, procedures, and compliance; driving membership sales and achieving established goals; assisting with BOPIC orders and maintaining GOLD Member Standards, signage, and club presentation. Skills and focus areas include customer service, sales, product knowledge of membership options and co-brand credit cards, tax-exempt/resale policy familiarity, problem resolution, teamwork, and maintaining a safe, positive member experience.
Required Qualifications
- Prior front line/customer service or previous sales experience preferred.
