Job Summary
Promotes BJ’s value proposition by actively and effectively pitching all membership programs to convert potential members and drive enrollment. Delivers superior member service by handling membership applications, tax-exempt/resale policies, and BOPIC orders (Buy Online and Pick Up In Club). Responsibilities include upselling and cross-selling BJ’s membership products, addressing member questions and concerns, processing merchandise returns/exchanges, maintaining club standards and signage, ensuring policy compliance, and collaborating with teammates to achieve goals. Requires basic math skills, computer proficiency, and a customer-service mindset to create a positive, inclusive club experience for members.
Required Qualifications
- Prior front line/customer service or previous sales experience preferred.
