Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service and assist customers throughout the store; answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries; recommend products and suggest add-on sales; check and retrieve merchandise from stockroom; maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor; receive merchandise shipments; perform additional duties as assigned by management; must be 18+, possess strong communication, organizational skills, and basic math; detail-oriented and reliable; able to work in a fast-paced environment; basic knowledge of sporting goods is a plus; E-Verify applicable.
