Job Summary
Big 5 Sporting Goods is looking for a Retail Sales Associate to perform sales and service throughout the store. Responsibilities include directing customers, providing product descriptions, proposing add-on sales, checking and retrieving merchandise, cleaning, restocking, and organizing merchandise on the sales floor. The ideal candidate should have solid customer service backgrounds, basic organizational skills, and effective communicative skills.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must possess High School diploma, GED, High School Equivalency, certificated equivalent and/or relevant experience
- Must possess basic organizational and/or applicable math skills
- Must possess effective and demonstrable interactive and communicative skills
