Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate at Big 5 Sporting Goods. Role focuses on delivering an exceptional shopping experience: providing excellent customer service, answering questions, recommending products, maintaining a clean and stocked sales floor, assisting with stockroom tasks, receiving merchandise shipments, and performing additional duties as assigned. Requires strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and basic math skills; detail-oriented and reliable; ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of sporting goods is a plus; E-Verify participation noted. Benefits include flexible schedule, employee merchandise and ticket discounts, referral programs, sick leave, and 401k eligibility based on hours worked. Pay ranges from $16.90 to $17.50 per hour. Location is Fontana, CA, on-site in the store.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older

- Basic knowledge of sporting goods is a plus
