Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service and assist customers throughout the store; answer customer inquiries by phone and in person; recommend products and suggest add-on sales; retrieve merchandise from stockroom; maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor; receive merchandise shipments; perform additional duties as assigned. Requires 18+; strong communication/interpersonal skills; basic organizational and math skills; detail-oriented and reliable; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; basic knowledge of sporting goods is a plus. Required Qualifications
