Job Summary
Join Big 5 Sporting Goods as a part-time Retail Sales Associate, where you will provide excellent customer service by performing sales and service throughout the store. Responsibilities include directing customers, answering telephones, providing product descriptions, proposing add-on sales, retrieving merchandise from storage, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor. Ideal candidates are energetic, detail-oriented, and possess solid customer service experience. Basic organizational and math skills are required.
