Big 5 Sporting Goods is looking for an energetic, sports-minded Retail Sales Associate. Responsibilities include performing sales and service throughout the store, directing customers, answering phones, providing product information, proposing add-on sales, and organizing merchandise. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, have basic organizational and math skills, and possess strong communication skills. Availability for nights and weekends is required.
