Job Summary
Join Big 5 Sporting Goods as a Retail Sales Associate responsible for providing exceptional customer service, performing sales and service throughout the store, and ensuring a productive shopping experience. Key responsibilities include directing customers, answering phones, providing product descriptions, proposing add-on sales, checking merchandise from storage, cleaning, restocking, and organizing the sales floor. Candidates must be 18+, possess basic organizational and math skills, and effective communication skills. Light to moderate lifting may be required.
