Job Summary
Join Big 5 Sporting Goods as a Retail Sales Associate where you will perform sales and service throughout the store, direct customers, answer telephones, provide product descriptions, propose add-on sales, check and retrieve merchandise from storage, clean, restock, and organize merchandise on the sales floor. Ideal candidates are energetic, sports-minded individuals with strong customer service backgrounds. This part-time position offers a pay range of $17.87 to $18.47 per hour, employee discounts, flexible scheduling, and a 401k plan.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must possess basic organizational and/or applicable math skills
- Must possess effective and demonstrable interactive and communicative skills
- Candidate will be subject to E-Verify
- Light to moderate lifting may be required, with or without reasonable accommodation
