Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate at Big 5 Sporting Goods. Provide excellent customer service, assist customers throughout the store, answer inquiries, recommend products and add-on sales, maintain a clean and stocked sales floor, and handle stockroom duties. Must be at least 18, have strong communication skills, basic organizational/math abilities, be detail-oriented and reliable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
