Job Summary
Role Overview: Retail Sales Associate at Big 5 Sporting Goods in San Jose, CA. Deliver exceptional customer service, assist customers throughout the store, answer questions, and maintain a well-organized sales floor and stockroom. Primary duties include answering customer inquiries and phone calls, recommending products and suggesting add-on sales, retrieving merchandise from the stockroom, receiving shipments, and performing additional duties as assigned. Must be 18+ with strong communication skills, basic organizational/math abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of sporting goods is a plus. E-Verify will apply upon offer. Light to moderate lifting may be required. Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older

- Basic knowledge of sporting goods is a plus
