Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate handles customer service, sales support, product knowledge, and visual merchandising to create an engaging shopping experience. Responsibilities include greeting customers, assessing needs, promoting and selling products to meet targets, processing transactions with POS, managing inventory and restocking, maintaining organized displays, and collaborating with team to achieve store goals. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, basic math, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are required. Must be able to work in the campus Detroit location with a cheerful, helpful attitude and effective problem-solving abilities.
