Retail Sales Associate

Retail Sales Associate assists Ollie’s customers, performs customer-service duties, handles cash register transactions, merchandising, and store maintenance. Primary responsibilities include greeting customers with the “Yes I Care, Yes I Can” approach, managing cash transactions, knowing current promotions to drive sales, supporting donation programs (Ollie’s Army), receiving trucks, pricing items, merchandising products, recovering the store, maintaining store appearance, and taking on additional responsibilities as assigned. The role requires a positive attitude, teamwork, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical demands include lifting up to 50 pounds, pushing/pulling up to 35 pounds, and standing for extended periods.
