Job Summary
Greet and acknowledge every customer using the "Yes I Care, Yes I Can" approach to build long-term loyalty. Accurately manage cash register transactions, answer questions about current promotions, and drive sales. Support Ollie's Army and other donation programs year-round while assisting with receiving trucks, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store. Maintain store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned. This role requires a high school diploma, ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and physical capacity to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a safe manner
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
