Job Summary
Greet every customer with Ollie's "Yes I Care, Yes I Can" approach to build long-term loyalty. Accurately manage cash register transactions, answer questions about current promotions to drive sales, and support donation programs year-round. Handle receiving trucks, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store while maintaining overall appearance. Complete additional responsibilities as assigned. This role requires a high school diploma, ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and physical capacity to lift up to 50 pounds. Required Qualifications
