Job Summary
Greet every customer with Ollie's "Yes I Care, Yes I Can" approach to build long-term loyalty, then accurately manage cash register transactions and answer questions about current promotions. Handle all aspects of customer service, including merchandising product, receiving trucks, pricing items, and recovering the store to maintain appearance. Support Ollie's Army and other donation programs year-round while completing additional responsibilities as assigned. This role requires a high school diploma, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. New hire pay ranges from $16.25 to $17.25 hourly.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a safe manner
