Job Summary
The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for customer service, operating registers, merchandising, and maintaining store appearance. Key duties include greeting customers, accurately operating registers, assisting with promotions, and ensuring cleanliness of the store. The role requires the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, effective communication skills, and a positive attitude. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 35 pounds.
