Job Summary
The Retail Sales Associate assists Ollie’s customers, handles cash register transactions, maintains store appearance, and supports freight logistics and merchandising. Responsibilities include greeting customers with the Ollie’s “Yes I Care, Yes I Can” approach, knowing weekly deals and value propositions, operating the register, and maintaining inventory and store presentation. Qualifications include a High School diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; capacity to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 35 pounds. This is a part-time, on-site role at Ollie’s in Tullahoma, TN, with a strong emphasis on customer service, teamwork, and growth opportunities.
