Job Summary
The Retail Sales Associate assists customers and maintains store appearance by managing transactions, providing customer service, and assisting with merchandise logistics. This role involves greeting customers, efficiently handling cash register transactions, and being knowledgeable about store products. Physical requirements include the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 35 pounds. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and a positive attitude. No prior retail experience is required as training is available.
