Retail Sales Associate

Greet every customer with the "Yes I Care, Yes I Can" approach to build long-term loyalty, while accurately managing cash register transactions and answering questions about current promotions. Maintain store appearance by assisting with receiving trucks, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store. Support Ollie's Army and other donation programs year-round, ensuring all aspects of customer service and store maintenance are completed as assigned. This role requires a positive attitude and ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis, with physical requirements including lifting up to 50 pounds.
