Job Summary
Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and offer personalized recommendations to drive sales and build loyalty. Maintain a shoppable space by recovering floors, updating signs and pricing, and organizing fitting rooms throughout the day. Finish strong by sharing Loyalty program benefits, ensuring customers have everything they need, and ending interactions with sincere thank-yous. This full-time role requires working 30+ hours per week with weekend shifts, involving standing for two consecutive hours, lifting 25lbs, and using handheld technology. Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
- Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors

- Be comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues

- You can handle electronic devices with no problem
