Job Summary
Bluemercury Beauty Expert (BE) at Macy’s, Inc. seeks a passionate beauty professional to drive sales and elevate customer experiences through personalized service and in-depth product knowledge. Responsibilities include building strong client relationships, sharing product expertise across skincare, makeup, haircare, and fragrances, providing tailored recommendations and demonstrations, promoting loyalty programs and events, assisting inventory management, and occasionally leading in-store beauty workshops. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, retail experience (preferably beauty), flexibility to work weekends and evenings, and a high school diploma or equivalent (beauty certification a plus). The position is part-time at the Newbury Street location (Boston, MA). Required Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably in beauty
- 1-2 years direct experience

- Experience with product demonstrations and customer education
- Knowledge of skincare, makeup, haircare, and fragrances is preferred
- Brand expertise and product knowledge
