Job Summary
Conduct guest experience sales by engaging customers, listening to their needs, and applying product knowledge to help them bring home design dreams to life. Build relationships through active listening and client follow-up, utilizing consultative selling techniques while collaborating with the team. Maintain comfort with digital tools and point-of-sale systems to manage transactions efficiently. Work flexible retail schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays, demonstrating adaptability to high-energy environments. Required Qualifications
- Energetic and self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment with Bob's
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the showroom
- Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs as needed
