Job Summary
Build and maintain strong, personalized relationships with customers while offering tailored product recommendations in skincare, makeup, haircare, and fragrances. Conduct product demonstrations, provide application tips, and drive sales through effective communication of benefits and promotions. Assist in stock management to ensure product availability and maintain an organized store environment. Participate in in-store beauty workshops and collect customer feedback for continuous improvement. Flexible availability required, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. High school diploma or equivalent with one to two years of direct retail experience preferred; beauty certification is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail, preferably in the beauty industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for beauty and staying updated with the latest trends and products
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of direct experience
- Prolonged periods of standing/walking around the store or department
- Prolonged exposure to fragrance and home fragrance products
- Frequent use of computers, handheld electronic equipment and cash registers
- Reaching, crouching, kneeling, stooping and color vision
- Lifting and moving items weighing up to 25lbs
